TERMS AND CONDITIONS: DUBAI SME & QASHIO

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

• "Dubai SME Members" refers to startups and SMEs officially registered with and recognized by the Dubai SME agency.
• "Emirati Segment" refers to SMEs owned 100% by UAE National(s) with valid proof of ownership.
• "Non-Emirati Segment" refers to startups and SMEs registered in Dubai owned by expatriates or mixed ownership.
• "The Service" refers to the Qashio Plus Plan, including expense management software, digital/physical cards, and loyalty integrations.
• "Pool Accounts" refers to the centralized fund management feature within the Qashio platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ONBOARDING

2.1. To avail of these benefits, the Member must be a registered startup or SME within the Dubai SME community and maintain a valid membership status throughout the duration of the service.  2.2. Setup Fee Waiver: The one-time setup fee of 300 AED is waived for the first 200 Emirati Members and all Non-Emirati Segment members falling under the defined promotion.

3. FINANCIAL TERMS AND SUBSCRIPTION TIERS

3.1. The Emirati Member Promotion (First 200 Sign-ups)

• Year 1: The Subscription Fee and Setup Fee are 100% waived.
• Year 2 Onward: An annual subscription fee of 2,196 AED shall apply.
• Capacity: Limited to the first 200 Emirati-owned entities to complete the onboarding process.

3.2. Standard Emirati Member Plan (Post-Promotion)

• Subscription Fee: 2,196 AED billed annually.
• Setup Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of 300 AED.
• Entitlements: 15 Users, 30 Digital Cards, and 5 Free Physical Cards.

3.3. Non-Emirati Segment Plan

• Discounted Monthly Rate: 312 AED per month (Standard rate: 459 AED).
• Billing Cycle: Members may elect to pay Quarterly or Annually.
• Entitlements: 10 Users, 20 Digital Cards, and 3 Free Physical Cards.
• Setup Fee: Waived.

4. CARD ISSUANCE AND LOYALTY PROGRAM

4.1. Physical Cards: Any physical cards requested beyond the free allocation (5 for Emirati, 3 for Non-Emirati) will be subject to standard Qashio issuance fees. 4.2. Emirates Skywards Miles: All cards issued under this agreement are eligible to earn Skywards Miles on qualifying spend. The accrual rate and terms are governed by the Qashio x Emirates Skywards partnership agreement. 4.3. Usage: Cards must be used in compliance with UAE financial regulations and are intended for business-related expenditures only.

7. TERM AND TERMINATION

Agreement Duration: The master agreement between Qashio and Dubai SME remains in effect until terminated by either party via a written notice period highlighted in the signed contracted agreement.
