Qashio Incentive Campaign Terms – March 2026

These terms (“Terms”) apply to the Qashio incentive campaign described below (the “Offer”). By participating, you agree to these Terms and Qashio’s Terms of Service. This Offer is run by Qashio.

1. Offer eligibility

To receive the reward (“Reward”), you must meet all of the below:

• New to Qashio
  You must not be a current or past Qashio customer. You must not have spoken to our sales team before.
• Location & role
  You must:
  
  • Be based in a country where Qashio operates (Eurozone, UK, or Ireland)
  • Work in finance, or be a business owner/decision maker
• Sales meeting
  You must complete a meeting with a Qashio team member. 

Qashio may verify eligibility and disqualify any participant at its discretion.

2. Reward

• Value
  Eligible participants will receive a €130 worth of Qashio Points
• Use
  The points can be used for flat cashback as Euros, or for airline or hotel points  
• Delivery
  Sent via email after the meeting is completed
• Timing
  Rewards are issued within a reasonable timeframe after verification
• Claim period
  You must claim your reward within 30 days
• Expiry
  The points must be used within 12 months

Qashio is not responsible for missed or undelivered rewards due to incorrect details or incomplete actions.

3. Restrictions

• Non-transferable
  The reward cannot be sold or transferred
• No stacking
  Cannot be combined with other Qashio offers or campaigns
• One per person
  Limit of one reward per participant
• Taxes
  Any taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

4. Changes or cancellation

Qashio may update, pause, or stop this Offer at any time.

We may also cancel rewards if we detect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

5. Liability

Qashio is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues in delivering this Offer.

Rewards are subject to review and may be withheld if conditions are not met.
